The Lisbon School Department is seeking a dynamic individual to support the district’s special education program and be part of a team of devoted educators. The position involves supporting students and staff in various capacities. The right individual will have knowledge of the academic and socio-emotional needs of adolescents as well as an understanding of special education regulations, the IEP process and state/federal learning standards. Having a successful history of supervising staff and collaborating with other professionals, as well as knowledge of case management and IEP process are helpful.
