ART TEACHER (2 positions for K-8)
(to begin 2026/2027 school year)
The Lisbon School Department is currently seeking two (2) K-8 Art Teachers. The successful candidate(s) will demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with a district art department as well as be student-centered with a strong knowledge of content, including best practices in art instruction, an understanding of standards-based assessment, the ability to use technology in instruction and the willingness to support the mission of the school department. This position requires the ability to create unique and engaging units of instruction, appropriate to the respective grade levels taught.
Requirements: Must have Maine State Teacher Certification with 620 endorsement.
