HIGH SCHOOL MATH TEACHER
(beginning 2023/2024 school year)
*Maine Certification 300 Required*
The Lisbon School Department is currently seeking a highly qualified 7-12 certified Math Teacher to start at the beginning of the 2023/2024 school year. The successful candidate will demonstrate being student centered with a strong grasp of content knowledge, including best practices in math instruction, the ability to teach students who have diverse backgrounds, an understanding of standards-based assessment, ability to use technology in instruction, willingness to be a team player, and to support the mission of the school.
Requirements/Experience:The ability to teach a wide range of Math courses in grades 9 -12; training and/or experience in a standards-based system.
