LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE
beginning March 21, 2025 for remainder of 2024/2025 school year
The Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified K-8 certified long term substitute teacher for the position of 2nd Grade teacher beginning March 21, 2025 for remainder of the 2024/2025 school year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the successful history of teaching at the elementary level. The candidate will be responsible for teaching all core subjects and content areas. A thorough understanding of the common core standards, the ability to collaborate within and among teams and with parents, experience with planning and implementing Response to Intervention, the ability to establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a supportive learning environment, the ability to organize, track and analyze data to inform instruction.
*Must have current Maine state certification with 020 endorsement*
