LISBON SCHOOL DEPARTMENT
KINDERGARTEN TEACHER (Anticipated)
The Lisbon School Department is seeking a highly qualified K-8 certified teacher for the position of Kindergarten teacher. The successful candidate will have demonstrated the successful history of teaching at the Elementary level. The candidate will be responsible for teaching all core subjects and contents areas and experience with the workshop model, Teachers College Writing and Reading Units of Study and Every Day Math preferred, a thorough understanding of the common core standards, the ability to collaborate within and among teams and with parents, experience with planning and implementing Response to Intervention, the ability to establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a supportive learning environment, the ability to organize, track and analyze data to inform instruction.
Experience preferred, but not required.
Elementary School Certification 020 required.
